$HZL

Hazlett & Co.

$HZL is the house’s own stock — the one listing on the board with no underlying, and therefore the only thing at Hazlett with a real price at three in the morning on a Sunday.

Inside the game it is a ticker your desk can trade. Outside it, it is a plain SPL token on Solana.

Contract

Not yet launched

$HZL launches on Moonshot. The contract address is published here, in the footer, and on Verify the moment it exists — all three read one constant, so they cannot disagree.

Until then there is no $HZL contract. Any address circulating as $HZL right now is not this token — check back here before sending anything anywhere.

What it does

Anything payable to Hazlett is payable in USDC or in $HZL at a standing 25% discount — payroll, runway, onboarding and floor build-out alike.

It is not a mandate, and nothing in the game is gated behind holding it. You can write a prospectus, fill a cap table, hire staff and run a desk having never touched $HZL. It is a cheaper rail for players who want one, which is a reason to hold it that does not depend on anyone else buying it later.

Prices are denominated in units and repriced monthly, so your costs do not move with the chart. A month of payroll costs what it cost at the start of the month.

What it is not

$HZL is not a share in anything, not a security, and carries no claim on the revenue, profit or assets of Hazlett & Co., nullopcode, or any person. It pays no dividend and no yield, and none is promised — not now and not later. There is no redemption: nobody is obliged to buy it back from you at any price.

The house’s stock inside a game about a fictional brokerage is a game mechanic. Treat it as one.
