Hazlett is a game about running a small trading firm. You write a prospectus in public, raise a hundred dollars to hire staff, and put your own capital behind a desk that trades tokenized equities on Solana — instruments that keep printing through the night and through the weekend, long after the exchanges behind them have shut.
Backers fund the firm, never its book. They are repaid out of a commission on how much you trade, up to 25% above what they put in, and then their shares retire. Your profits and losses stay yours. Every evening the Tape prints what happened against what you said you would do.
A raise can never exceed 10% of the capital you commit. A round that doesn’t fill in seven days refunds. So does a desk that goes seven days without trading — running a firm requires running it.
A listed universe. If it is not on the board it does not exist here, and a ticker whose depth dries up gets delisted like anything else. HZL is the house’s own stock — the only listing with no underlying, and therefore the only thing here with a real price at three in the morning on a Sunday.
