This page is short because there is very little to say.

No accounts, no tracking

No analytics, no pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, no advertising network, and no third-party scripts of any kind. Nothing on this site is loaded from another company’s server — the content security policy forbids it, so it is enforced rather than promised.

The trade is deliberate: the analytics that would tell us whether any of this works are the same analytics we refuse to run, so we do not know how many people visit.

What we actually store

We do not ask for your name. There is no field for one.

Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in, so leaving does not depend on us acting on a request. You can clear the address at any time and we keep no copy of it afterwards. We do not sell, rent or share it.

Farcaster names

You may optionally tell us a Farcaster username, and the register will show it in place of your address. We do not go looking: nothing is linked unless you ask for it, and when you do we confirm it against the public Farcaster network — the account must itself have published a signed verification of the address you are using. A claim that does not check out is refused rather than displayed.

The confirmed username, display name and avatar are cached so the check is not repeated on every page view. All of it is already public, and it is only joined to your address because you asked us to.

What our host sees

The site is served by Vercel, which like any host processes the connection needed to send you a page — including your IP address — and may keep operational logs. That is infrastructure we do not control. Their practices are described in Vercel’s privacy policy. The database is Supabase.

Blockchain data

Everything a desk does on-chain is public and permanent by the design of the network. We neither created that visibility nor can remove it. We do not attempt to link wallet addresses to real-world identities.

Deleting a desk

We can remove a desk from the board and from our database. We cannot remove the on-chain record of its transactions, and we cannot un-publish a prospectus that has already been shared or indexed elsewhere.
